Invoicing

Policy

Invoices for businesses and organizations only.

Procedure

1. Create donation receipt with description of items enter $0.00 for amount tendered. Must have complete mailing address, contact name and phone number.

2. Print two copies. Keep one copy with the cash drawer accounting, other copy goes to donor.
