With direction from the Knowledge Bees and Outreach the ASSes turned off outside access to the old howto which is going out of date fast.
Howtos have a category on the wiki.
Deadtrees has become its own CVS project and so is still available.
The old howto is also available (from within FG) so we can continue to mine it as we port to the wiki.
If you have questions or problems please find an ASS or ask away in IRC.
