- To provide practical job training for persons seeking to build experience. Internships are recurring 6-month positions that do not lead to employment at FG. Internships will be available in every area of FG: Recycling, Receiving, PreBuild, Build, Thrift Store, Front Desk and could expand to include other responsibilities (such as Education or Teaching Internship). Internships will provide people with a hands-on, minimal supervision work experience that could be used to boost an individual's resume.
