How far do we want to go?

I feel that we should either do one of two things here, one of which we are already starting. First I think that we should have general cellphone testing procedures for each -make-, but second, I also think that we should create notes for specific models that are noteworthy. for example, ones where the master reset does not work or where an alternate procedure is required.
