Steamed Bread

* 1 Tb yeast * 1 tsp sugar * 1/4 cup flour * 1/4 cup water
Combine and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Then add
* 1/2 cup warm water * 1 + 1/2 cup flour * 1/4 tsp salt * 2 Tb sugar * 1 Tb oil
Knead into dough. Let rise for at least 2 hours. Then knead smooth again, and knead in
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
Divide into balls, and let them rise for 20 minutes. At this point they may be really sticky. I haven't tried flouring them, so I can't tell if they can stand it or need to be this sticky.
Steam 15 minutes over boiling water.
