Vegan Chocolate Cake

This is better than Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Cake. The raspberry can be added back in at your desire.
dry:
- 1 cup whole wheat
- 1 cup white
- 2 tsp bp
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cocoa, sifted
- 1/2 cup sugar (sukanot)
wet:
- 1/2 cup oil (canola)
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup milk (soy, rice) (plain, or if vanilla, halve the vanilla)
- 1 cup coffee, warm or cold, not hot
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- large dash, vanilla
optional:
- hazlenuts, or hazlenut butter, or possibly even hazlenut extract, can be added to make this a very nutella-esque cake. If adding hazlenuts, use a strong black tea instead of coffee.
- Stir dry together.
- Stir wet together separately.
- Mix wet into dry. Batter is highly liquid.
- Bake at 350 until done.
