Free Geek tech support's mission is to support Free Geek's mission by making sure the systems we create are usable. Tech support's job is to fix hardware issues, solve software problems, and provide feedback to production and thereby promote reuse, and the use of open-source software, and to facilitate access to computers and other technology.
