This assumes everyone is on the staff collective and needs to be updated to reflect current reality.
So this needs more looking at.

As mentioned by Tony at the Staff Collective Meeting of 11/11/11, there is nothing in this policy covering discipline for Department Point Persons. Who do they answer to, etc.
