So some needs that should be addressed in the committees are (Nathan's concern) they need to know how much their budget is and where to keep recipients. If the committees where to have files with receipts and budget info, it would need to be at the front so the reimbursements are entered into the database. But then Richard enters the receipts into the books, so doesn't he need to have them in the back? Maybe they could be brought back once a week or something? Recycling is currently collecting data in spreadsheets, but this may not be the most efficient way of doing it.
