I don't think it's been decided that all Free Geek's everywhere should use consensus. When we set up the principles we avoided that word, using "democratic" instead. So I changed it in the description of FGI as well.

I also think we should think about FGI as a group of all the existing official Free Geeks, rather than just the mothership. Of course, as we start, most of the energy for the effort will likely come out of the mothership, but I don't think we should start it as structured to be from the mothership.

I also feel we might be over-thinking the regional stuff and the dues, etc. at this point.

We should probably focus on the current situation, rather than on how things might evolve. Once there's a little more active participation, we should have a discussion about the structure and decision making process of FGI, and then begin to talk about its legal structure.
