Talk:Under Sixteen Policy

The first sentence of this policy is the only part that talks about "most" under-16 children. It might be worth expanding on this. For instance, it might say that all children (whether granted special privileges or not) must act like responsible volunteers, and that violations will be handled according to the Volunteer Discipline Policy, with significant parental involvement.

I like the idea of further clarifying the fact that we expect all kids to behave (which is why we want their parents here with them, but still).
