Phone System Admin

This page is intended for anyone who is going to be doing basic admin of the phone system. Please DO NOT do anything if you do not completely understand what you are doing, there are phone techs at Free Geek who are more than happy to help you with admin tasks!

Adding extensions

• Connect new set on block (Ask phone tech what trunks and extensions are available for use)
• Configure extension on Web Pro (if you don't have permissions, ask a phone tech.)
• Label phones with extension

MAKE SURE YOU LABEL THE NEW CABLE AT THE BLOCKS!!
