External vs Internal Video

Lots of our machines go out with Video cards as Iinternal video does not work for whatever reason. This is an endless source of user confusion as people plug thier monitors into the wrong plug and think it means their computer is broken. Solution: Seal off the internal video plug, ideally with the plastic caps off a monitor cable otherwise a piece of tape.
