Add a new Free Geek

After an application has been accepted:

• Send them an official notice of such
  • inviting their members to join the franchise mailing list,
  • letting them know how we organize our selves
• Web updates
  • add/adjust them to the Free Geek Startups page
  • Get a sysop to put a link on this wiki's Main Page
  • Send out "please up date your pages" other Free Geek Web admins
  • (the mothership needs to put them on their family.php page)
• Check the wikipedia Free Geek entry for any changes
