Identify

Identify what assets our volunteers have: skills, tools, money, etc.

Add lines to the volunteer signup sheet that volunteers fill out when they take the tour.

Direct them to appropriate volunteer coordinator/staff member.

Track in a database.

Exit interview at end of adoption program, etc.

Part of this can be done via online web form survey. And/or Kathie can be a person that does this in person.
