What is CA Cert?

CAcert.org is a community-driven Certificate Authority that issues free public key certificates to the public. (Most CAs are commercial and sell certificates at a price of hundreds of dollars per year.)

• Sign up for an account on their website (you'll need a valid email address)
• Print out a PDF form from the Web of Trust page there
• Bring it to Free Geek when someone from the above list is around
• Also bring two official picture IDs with your signature on them
