Debianistas' Dinner

It was a historic summit on the Oregon coast. We went there to consider options and make decisions; what hung in the balance was the future of the FreekBox. Richard's family let us use their house*. Flamingweasel, Josh, Kevin, Erik and Regina, Vagrant, Richard and I were all there (and maybe another person, I can't remember).

Dinner the night i cooked:

• Udon noodles with a thick sauce of chunky peanut butter, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried hot pepper flakes, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and hot water.
• Thinly chopped green cabbage, matchsticks of carrot and red bell pepper, and a dressing of ginger, honey, cider vinegar, dried hot pepper flakes, black pepper, and lemon pepper
• Toasted and salted tempeh, crumbled; green onions, chopped; red cabbage, shredded: these go on top.

* Unfortunately, the group's predilection for garlic left traces the family objected to, so this event won't be repeated.
