Eligibility requirement: Minimum standard weekly hours = 24. Temporary employees are ineligible.

Eligibility requirement: Minimum standard weekly hours = 24. Temporary employees are ineligible.

Fill out the EMPLOYEE sections of the Kaiser Enrollment Form and return to Blake Thiess for medical and/or dental insurance.

Trimet Universal Pass

Eligibility requirement: Minimum standard weekly hours = 20. Temporary employees are ineligible.

Free Geek participates in Trimet's universal annual pass program. For just $5 per pay period, or $130 per year, employees can ride all light rail and bus lines for free. This cost is a massive savings over the "retail" price of $1100 for an annual pass.

Eligibility requirement: None. All employees are eligible.
