On Startup

• Build a help page on the local wiki:
  • include tech support hours, FG hours of operation, and other contact information
  • include physical descriptions of the hardware in use at the GAP site
• set up a dyndns.org account for that site. (i.e. redandblack.gap.freegeek.org)

Routine Maintenance

• as issues come up, put instructions in the local wiki
• regular updates of software (at least once per week)
  • apt-get update
  • apt-get dist-upgrade
• troubleshoot failures and post technical summary to gap@lists.freegeek.org
