Set-up

Info Booth

  • Short description: point bands & booths to right places/people, answer all sorts of questions, sell raffle tickets, be nice & cheery

    • 12:00 - 3:00 (setup and staff)

Kerm

    • 3:00 - 6:00 (staff)
    • 6:00 - 9:00 (staff/teardown)
  • Special note: people who staff the info booth should be core volunteers and/or somehow involved in the coordination of Geek Fair.

  • Short description: help set up, sit at the entrance to the beer garden and check the IDs of people wanting beer,keep people from leaving the beer garden with alcohol. Be tough!
