Geek Prom Volunteers

GEEK PROM is running from nine pm until two am on Saturday May 6th, 2006. But we'll need people for setup and teardown, and shifts during. General volunteers will get hours for this--either straight hour-for-hour, or time and a half (hasn't been decided yet).

These are the shifts available and volunteer lists for GEEK PROM. Please create/edit entries for your area.

Pickups

• Coordinators: whoever needs stuff picked up
• Short description: drive around picking up raffle prizes, any other donations.
  • We should have this done; volunteer here if there are still prizes to be picked up.

Set-up

• Coordinator: Oso?
• Short description: Get the stage hookups ready, set up/move any tables we need to, decorate ACME, make it all pretty
