This is a place to hash out what we want out of any followup surveys to be sent to grant recipients. Eventually, this discussion may lead to a web-based survey to be sent to all recipient organizations.
Purpose
- To get specific feedback on the granting process in order to improve our services
- To solicit testimonials for use in PR fundraising projects.
- To identify organizations we should do additional PR follow-up with, such as site visits and photos.
Follow-up Questions
- How satisfied were you with the overall process? (Finding website, applying, making contact with shepherd, picking up grant)
- Were you provided adequate resources to set up your hardware?
- How satisfied were you with the computers you received for your organization?
- Did you encounter any technical problems?
- If so, what did you do to mediate these problems?
- Do you feel that the hardware Free Geek has provided is helping your organization achieve its mission?
- What would you change about the hardware grants process?
- What else would you have wanted to know?
- What else do you want Free Geek to know?
