This is a place to hash out what we want out of any follow-up surveys to be sent to grant recipients. Eventually, this discussion may lead to a web-based survey to be sent to all recipient organizations.
The results
Here is a preliminary report from the first batch of survey results: File:Surveyreport.pdf.
Purpose
- To get specific feedback on the granting process in order to improve our services
- To solicit testimonials for use in PR fundraising projects.
- To identify organizations we should do additional PR follow-up with, such as site visits and photos.
How a survey would look
