General Graphics Notes
Graphics problems can be related to a number of things.
Power Supply Issues
Certain higher-end graphics cards require their own power source from the power supply. They may require a 6 pin connector. Be sure to check the power supply for this.
RAM Issues
RAM may also interfere with graphics. Both PCI-E and onboard video may be disrupted due to various RAM problems. Test the RAM slots with a working stick, then remove all sticks and replace it with a known working one.
Dual Monitors
They may or may not be supported. Check with a staff member on a case-by-case basis, but by no means volunteer this. Many graphics cards will supply their own software for a dual-monitor setup.
