Instructions on Printing Brochures
This may seem like a simple task, and it is once you know how, but it can be frustrating without knowing a few tips.
- Go to "File" and "Print"
- Got to "Properties"
- Under the Duplex Printing options scroll down to "Short Side" (this will keep the pages facing the same way)
- Check "collate" box
- Enter the number of copies you want
- Print away on a double sided printer!
Instructions on Folding Brochures
The folding machine is in the office supplies room on the work table.
- Make sure the machine is turned on.
- Place a stack of the brochures (about 10-15) in the feed with the "Free Geek Mission" side going in first.
- Hit the "jog" button to get them set.
- Hit the "start" button and watch em fly into neatly folded brochures!
