Does it have both:

• A monitor or way of connecting to a monitor
  • VGA or DVI
• A keyboard or place to attach a keyboard
  • AT, PS2, USB

NO - not a computer system

YES - continue

• Can it be considered a cell phone? Then it is not a computer (for now)
• KVM switches have both monitor and keyboard connectors
