Short-term goals
- Meet with Tony from store to work on Mac-store logistics
- Done, but this should be an ongoing relationship. Paco's involvement in both Macs and the store should help
- Create Mac Build Instructor Guide
- Done!
- Create Mac work priority list
- IP, There is a white-board available now to list the day's priorities, but not an overall list.
- Always have 6 functioning external firewire drives
- Done for now. We will see how long they last. We can also put the same image on the network.
- Solicit feedback from all Mac volunteers

- Work on a schedule for keeping up with accessories/peripherals testing

- Recruit a Mac Volunteer Instructor for the Friday morning shift
- Done: Ron will be the Volunteer Instructor.

Mid-term goals
- Create a basic trouble shooting guide for building Macs
- Create an auto-recycle list (with pictures) for receiving to identify what Mac accessories we do not want.
- Create a track for new Mac Build volunteers to follow when starting in MacBuild. Something like:
