LG VX9400 or Verizon?

This worked on a VX9400. I don't know if this is just for CDMA LG's or just for Verizon phones but it resets the NAM phone number to Initial Setup Required which also resets the security code to the last 4 numbers of the default phone number. You can then dial *228 to reactivate the phone with your phone number which again resets the security code to the last 4 of your phone number.

1. Enter the service menu by pressing [MENU] [0]. 2. Enter the service code which is all zeros [0000000]. 3. Choose [1] 4. When it asks for MDN and MIN, just enter all zeros. 5. Phone will reset at the end of programming and your done.
