Meetings occur as regular monthly events. (For example, a meeting will occur on the first and third Wednesday of the month, which is different than every other Wednesday.)
 
  
To use this, find the meetings you are looking for on the chart below. The day of the week is referenced at the top of each column. The time of the meeting is referenced at the beginning of each row, as is which occurrence of the weekday (i.e. the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, etc). In some cases the time varies slightly. See the notes below the chart for these exceptions.
