Talk:Questions for end of life recyclers

A couple o more questions here could be:

• 1) Have you ever been audited by an outside company? Can I have a copy of this audit?(at this point it is important to let them know that the information will be handled confidentially, as is business standard)
• 2) Does your company have any certifications, such as ISO 14001 or other? ( I know it really means that they do their paperwork, but also shows that there is some accountability)

• And under 6): If a company says no to the basic of handing over a Bill of Lading, I wouldn't even negotiate any further.
