+ | kathie here - I would be in favor of salary cut backs, if it ment we laid off 3 people instead of 4, or if it meant that one staff member is saved. I'm not in favor of cutting hours, unless absolutely necessary. I'd rather see my salary drop $100 to $150 per month, than reduce my hours. Food for thought! |
