I feel that 10 days is a reasonable warranty period for inspection and testing. I don't understand the value of the secondary warranty period, If the item works but dies within 30 days do we want to pay to get it back (loosing money and time)

Also I suggest as a fraud reduction strategy that we find a "secret" way to mark the the tings we sell under this generous warranty. We need a way to know that the item returned is the one we sent. Even with books I had customers returning items that I had not sent them.  Some people do try to get free replacements or upgrades and we would want to be certain about the switch-a-roo before denying a claim.
