What about these two? I think they should be part of the general director's description, but they may also be a little too obvious to put into a job description (one would hope).
- Consensus builder. Diplomatic skills and affinity for creating relationships and convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals
- Attendance. Is able to manage time so as to guarantee attendance and participation in meetings and other scheduled Board activities
