What about these two? I think they should be part of the general director's description, but they may also be a little too obvious to put into a job description (one would hope).

• Consensus builder. Diplomatic skills and affinity for creating relationships and convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals
• Attendance. Is able to manage time so as to guarantee attendance and participation in meetings and other scheduled Board activities

I agree that the first should be in the general description. And the second is somewhat there, but might be a better general statement to replace/be illustrated by items 7 - 12 in the New directors agreement. --Ideath 00:02, 11 May 2011 (UTC)
