Sean Ellefson

I am a Reuse Program Coordinator for Laptops and Desktops, a Technocrat, and an ASS. Before being hired on at Free Geek, I was a volunteer Desktop & Server Build Instructor and Advanced Tester.

Projects

Reuse

  • Optimizing Laptop production,
    • Updating Laptop documentation and organization (IP),
  • Draft plans for seperate Laptop Eval program (IP),
  • Draft policies corresponding to Desktops, Laptops and Servers (IP),
  • Develop and test Mobile Wiping Station,
  • Document and potentially automate FG scheduling.
  • Revamp Writable Optical Drive testing.
    • Determine quota of distro and/or live CDs to burn and distribute,
    • Devise "Ultimate boot DVD" to account for DVD-RW drives

  • Study documentation (IP),
  • Remap phone paths:
    • Greeting mailbox,
    • Holiday mailbox,
    • Menu mailbox,
  • Document web-based administration/programming (IP).
