look at the document here and notice we've put things like "must be able to lift 50lbs" or "must be able to stand" under the shift areas Valerie

• Created separate category called "Basic Testing" (mouse & keyboard) - which can work like Monitor Testing: we don't assign people to a shift unless Receiving has indicated there is a need
