This page lists information on how to leave a voice message for someone.
Basics!
- Speak slowly and clearly.
- Begin with "Hello, this is (Your name) calling from Free Geek. I would like to leave a message for (Their name)."
- Leave our phone number (503-232-9350, option 6) at least TWICE in the message (remember to say it slowly!).
- Let them know why you are calling :
- In response to their message?
- To update them on their computer's status?
- Call for pickup?
- End the call by thanking them for their time, and asking for a callback at 503-232-9350, option 6, at their earliest convenience.
