This template can be printed out for use with new hardware grants interns and volunteers. This can be used as a checklist for orienting hardware grants interns.

- Mice
- Power cords
- Network cables
- Printers (also in classroom)

Elsewhere
The following items can be found in the store, advanced testing, or in locked rooms. Check in with a coordinator or staff member before removing any of these items from their area.

Disbursing grants in the database
After granting out systems to organizations, it is necessary to enter the data regarding the grant into the database and record FG-PDX disbursements.

People from organizations will more often than not ask questions or provide comments after we have disbursed their grant. Verbal or e-mail follow-up responses are a typical part of the grant process.
