EXAMPLE PROJECT
Cafeteria Al Fresco
- This project will move the cafeteria to the roof. By moving the cafeteria to the roof volunteers will have access to sunshine and fresh air as well as a relaxing place to take a break.
Dependencies
- get Council approval
- update budget for third quarter
- Building a shelter on the roof to accommodate volunteers during the rainy season
- Designing and constructing an elevator that goes from the ground floor up to the roof

Next Steps
- Moving the tables & chairs to the roof
- Sally will do this as soon as the elevator is constructed. She will poke elevator builder.

- Get an enormous flat-panel TV so volunteers can watch FOX news during their break
- John will ask friend about where to get this. He will do this by 5/30/08.
