For systems installed via liveCD you need to manually add the freegeek repository+keyring
- Go to system>administration>software sorces
- Select the third-party software tab
- add the following
deb http://apt.freegeek.org/ubuntu lucid main
- Add the freegeek keyring
- download the keyring
- click on the authentication tab and add the keyring file.
- Install freegeek-extras package (in terminal)
sudo apt-get install freegeek-extras
