HVAC Filters
- Air Filter Sales (has many sizes): 1138 SE 10th (at Salmon) 503-233-5101
- They have a variety of sizes that are 20" wide, e.g. 20 x 20, 20 x 24, 20 x 25.
- You can order custom sizes ahead of time, or make your own.
- For example to make two 27 x 30 filters, buy three standard 20 x 30 and cut one up into two 7 x 30 pieces.

Note: air filters measure out to 1/2 inch less than nominal size.
- Filter Log
- Filters should be changed at least 2 times per year.
- They're inspected during Monthly Facility Inspections, and changed as necessary.
- Evaluating Filter Condition
- If the filter is solid gray (on the inlet side), change it.
- If the filter is dirty but not solid gray, clean it (shake out, blow out with air compressor, wash aluminum frame with water / let dry).
