- Prepare Info Booth materials (stickers, brochures, etc.)
- Create signs - Julie Uthe has created many signs.
- Put up posters.
Day Before (August 22nd)
- Street signs covered by "no parking tomorrow" bags
- Empty out meeting room, vacuum, & position bar
- General cleanup
- Pathway to bathroom
- Put signs up
- Put all Info Booth items in one place
- Prep food for bar (i.e. cut cheese, make platters, etc.)
- Set-up a laptop/till/desktop station for receiving

Set-up

Set-up consists of constructing tents under the supervision of a staff member, moving tables and chairs, and more. This is a heavy lifting job. The later shifts will include checking bathrooms and trash.
