Prepare for HR meeting. E-mail HR.- Talk to Nathan about document flow in recycling
- Clean out Deadtrees
- Create Old Stuff folder with the help of someone very smart and good
- Call IRCO to schedule tour and meeting
Sort out Locked Filing Cabinet in Monkey House- Think about alternatives to gizmo data entry.
- Create standardized procedure for doc flow (starting with matching up Calbag Metals) Look at Receiving and Paying Bills
- Make sure all donations that should be getting a thank you are getting just that. Could look at RT tickets periodically.
Front Desk
- Think about ID policy for checks (do we ID the people delivering for a business) Checking the checks
- Add info about reimbersement, IOU and transfer on wiki (search again just to be sure it is not there already).
- Create a volunteer training program for Front Desk and Store cashiers
