Although this page is linked to the Thrift Store page, when I updated this one, the policy on the thrift store page didn't update. Bug? Network lag? Jello?

I'd change the sentence on "once you install windows..." to "once you install another operating system (i.e. Windows)..." or "once you install windows or any other operating system..."
Reason is we don't really want to come off like anti-windows snobs. Rather we just can't support OSs that we don't have time for.

You mean we aren't anti-windows snobs? Just joking, but I suspect a number of us are to varying extents. I do agree with what you are saying and like the point about not supporting OSs we don't have time for though, for another reason. We don't want people to come in and say "You just said I couldn't install windows, you didn't say anything about ___."
While I'm thinking of it, I found another possible change to make. I think I read on the store prices page that we aren't selling tech support tickets right now, we should probably reflect that here as well.
