Transitioning from Committed non-Collective member to Collective member:

Transitioning from Collective member to "nother"

  • remove staff wiki account
  • remove access to RT queues
  • remove from staff email list - add to paidworkers
  • update HR calendar noting change in category
  • change category page on the wiki
  • check-in about other email lists - which should the person stay on?
  • change category on the website
  • check in to see if still eligible for health benefits
  • review other email lists - make sure they are on the lists they need to be on and vice versa.
  • collect keys if necessary
