- Music, event coordinator, Oso, and silent auction/raffle coord. immediately

- Start recruiting performers
- Start requesting silent auction and raffle donations

March 2005
- Early coordinator meeting for music, event, silent auction/raffle coordinators and Oso: 3rd or 10th
- General coordinator's meeting: by end of March, then biweekly, and eventually weekly
April 2005
- Reserve tents
May 2005
- Contact and Mercury and Willy Week and try to get into summer calendar
- Recruit booths
- Contact bands
- Contact chunk
- Create poster
- 26 Coordinators' meeting
June 2005
- 3 site plan eeked out
- 4 Booth invite emailed out by this date
- 10 press release to all the monthlies by this date
- 12 poster design done
- 23 Second round of booth invites emailed out
- 24 Entertainment schedule nailed down
July 2005
- 1 Booth confirmation
- 1 press release to web based communities
- 1 press release to mainstream media and weeklies, too
- 4 site plan/booth plan figured out
- 5 OLCC permit application send out
- 8 press release to mainstream media
- Go crazy
- 8 Money from booths in
- 16 1pm - 7pm GEEK FAIR!
