Much Before August 23rd
- Prepare Info Booth materials (stickers, brochures, etc.)
- Create signs - Julie Uthe has created many signs
Day Before (August 22nd)
- Street signs covered by "no parking tomorrow" bags
- Empty out meeting room, vacuum, & position bar
- General cleanup
- Pathway to bathroom
- Clear out classroom for LAN party
- Put all Info Booth items in one place
- Prep food for bar (i.e. cut cheese, make platters, etc.)
Preparation Set-up
- Table set-up, signs, and more.
