The Town Hall Meeting should happen NO LATER than 3 weeks before the Annual Board Meeting.

THM 14 days of voting 7 days to tally votes ANNOUNCE NEW VOL. REP BEFORE ANNUAL MEETING 6 Months before the Annual Board Meeting, verify the Town Hall date and venue. Make sure all Board Members can attend and review budget expectations for planning purposes.

4 Months before the Annual Board Meeting, a committee needs to be organized to arrange and publicize the Election and the Town Hall Meeting.

At least 3 months prior to the Annual October/November Board Meeting, a committee needs to start working on updating documents, publicizing the Town Hall to volunteers, soliciting nominees for Vol. Representative, and asking for conversation topics. Confirm a Facilitator
