Next year's Annual Meeting should happen Wednesday, October 9

Should there be another Volunteer Election (probably, as Larry and Jason's terms will be up), the results should be posted no later than October 3, 2013

Votes should be tallied September 29-October 2nd 2013

Ballots should be submitted September 15 - September 28

Town Hall Meeting should be September 14, 2013

"Closed for Volunteer Event" signs should be posted around Free Geek and online by September 7

"Town Hall" announcement fliers should go up around Free Geek by August 31

"Voters' Guide" should be published and ready to go by August 31

Nominees for Vol. Representative should be selected by August 24

"Volunteer Representative Nominees" should be solicited by August 1

Town Hall Announcement should be made at the BBQ in July
