This has been discussed a little bit in the [[Council]]; the various [[:Category:Standing Committees|Staff Standing Committees]], especially [[Reuse]], have been discussing the potential impact of such a commitment; and a group of people met up recently to talk about the potential of the project and whether we'd want to move forward on such a commitment. The [[Providence Planning 06 2006|minutes]] from that meeting are a good starting point for understanding hopes and concerns about this development.
